Return & Refund Policy

       Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

        Return/Refund Eligibility:

  1. Items received within 14 days.
  2. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Opened, damaged, or altered items are not accepted.
  3. Returns must be pre-approved by us. Direct returns without our consent are not accepted.
  4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  5. The after-sale period is 14 days from parcel receipt (based on logistic records). For any quality issues (e.g., tears, incompleteness, dryness) found during the after-sale period, please contact us immediately at lense365@outlook.com with clear pictures of the issue. We'll proceed with a replacement after verification. Please keep the lenses and packaging until the issue is resolved.

       Return/Refund Procedure:

  1. Email us at lense365@outlook.com. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return. We will respond promptly.
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product's packaging is intact and unopened, ensuring it's fit for resale.
  3. Ship the package back to us. After shipping, please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information.
  4. Upon receiving your return.We'll inspect the return and inform you via email. If it's in acceptable condition, We will process your refund or redemption within 14 days.

       Special Cases:
       Purchase Error:
       For incorrect prescriptions or color orders, send the item back for a replacement. please note we will charge $15.99 for shipping.
       Personal Preference:

       If you dislike the product and it's opened, cut the lens in half (see instructions), and contact us within 14 days. We'll refund to your shopping card account. After 14 days, refunds are not possible.
       Please Note: one after-sales service per order. 
       For dislikes and opened items, exchange for a different pair by paying only $10 for shipping. No need to return the disliked pair (limited to one exchange per order). 


       Note: In all cases (except for product quality issues), we will deduct a $10 fee from the refund (which includes $8 for shipping and $2 for restocking).
